1. What you are agreeing to
By installing or using Quantom Trading AI you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. What the app does
The app describes cryptocurrency charts: support and resistance levels, where price sits relative to them, and how the structure leans. It shows live prices and a market news feed.
Each analysis states how often comparable historical situations resolved the way it describes. That figure is an observation about past structure. It is not a probability, not a forecast, and not a statement about what will happen next.
3. What the app is not
- Not a broker. We do not execute trades, hold funds or operate an exchange.
- Not a trading venue. There is no order ticket and no balance to fund. Nothing you do in the app places an order on any market, real or simulated.
- Not financial advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and nothing in it is personalised investment advice.
- Not a promise of returns. We publish no profit figures, no accuracy rate and no success rate, because we have none to publish.
4. The analysis can be wrong
The chart analysis is generated by a language model from market data. It can be mistaken, out of date, or simply unhelpful. Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed or inaccurate. Treat everything the app says as one opinion among many, and make your own decisions.
Cryptocurrency markets carry substantial risk, up to and including the loss of everything you put in. Any decision you make after reading anything in this app is yours alone.
5. Your account
You need an account to use the analysis features. You agree to give accurate registration details and to keep your password to yourself.
Your password is generated by our server and shown to you once, on screen, immediately after registration. We store only a hash of it and cannot show it to you again. Save it when it is displayed. If you lose it, you can ask for a new one, which replaces the old one.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
6. Price, points and access
The app is free and there is nothing to purchase inside it. A new account opens with a period during which every analysis is shown in full, key levels included. When that period ends the analysis is still readable; the key levels are what the period adds.
Points shown on your account are an internal balance. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and confer no ownership of anything.
7. What you must not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app or our servers.
- Access the service by any automated means, or at a rate designed to overload it.
- Use another person's account, or register on an address you do not control.
- Resell, redistribute or publicly republish the analysis as if it were your own product.
- Use the app where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
8. Availability
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may end your access if you break these terms.
9. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
