Privacy Policy
Quantom Trading AI (com.quantomtradingai.app) · Last updated 26 August 2026
This policy describes what the Quantom Trading AI Android app collects, why, and what you can do about it. It describes the app as it actually ships — not what it might do later. If that changes, this page changes with it, and so does the Data safety declaration on Google Play.
What the app is
Quantom Trading AI reads cryptocurrency charts and describes what it sees: support and resistance levels, where price sits relative to them, and how the structure leans. It also shows live prices and a market news feed.
The app does not trade. There is no order ticket, no brokerage account behind it, no balance to fund, and no way to place an order on any market — real or simulated. No money passes through the app, and there is nothing to buy inside it.
What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| First and last name | You type them at registration | To identify your account |
| Email address | Registration and sign-in | Your login identifier, and the address a replacement password would be sent to |
| Phone number | Registration | Part of the account record |
| Country and language | Derived from your device at registration | To serve the feed in your language |
| Questionnaire answers | The five profile questions | To shape the learning profile the app works from. They are answers to a questionnaire, not a financial disclosure, and no money is taken on the basis of them |
| Notification preference | The push-consent screen | To record whether you want notifications. The app does not currently send any |
| Account identifier and session token | Created by our server | To keep you signed in |
| IP address and request time | Every request | Standard web-server access logs, kept for security and abuse prevention |
Your password is generated by our server and shown to you on screen once. We store only a bcrypt hash of it and cannot recover or display it again.
What we do not collect
- No payment data. The app has no purchases, no paywall and no point shop.
- No advertising identifier, and no advertising or analytics SDK in this build.
- No location. Country is derived from the device locale you already chose, not from GPS.
- No contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or call logs.
- No third-party sign-in. The app does not use Google, Facebook or Firebase authentication.
Who else sees it
As shipped, we do not share your data with anyone. There is no CRM integration, no advertising network and no data broker receiving anything from this app.
Two service providers process data strictly on our behalf and only to run the service:
- Akamai (Linode) — the server your data is stored on, located in the European Union.
- OpenAI — generates the chart analysis text. It receives market data about the asset you asked about. It does not receive your name, email, phone or questionnaire answers.
We will disclose data if we are legally required to. If we ever start sharing data for any other purpose, this page and the Play Data safety declaration will say so before it happens.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while the account exists. Access logs are rotated and kept for a short period for security purposes. When you delete your account, the account data goes with it.
Deleting your account and data
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It takes effect immediately: your points, your insight history and the account itself are removed, and the password you were given stops working. It cannot be undone.
You can also request deletion, or a copy of your data, at the address below. We answer within five working days. See also the account deletion page.
Children
The app is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deletion is available in the app without asking anyone. For the rest, write to the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the new version replaces this page. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's Data safety declaration on Google Play.
