Deleting your account

In the app — takes effect immediately

1. Open Quantom Trading AI.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. The button says "Delete permanently" because that is what it does.

You do not need to contact anyone, and you do not need to wait for us to act.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your questionnaire answers and the profile derived from them
• Your points balance and your insight history
• The account itself, and the password issued at registration — it stops working

This cannot be undone. Server access logs, which contain IP addresses and request times, rotate out separately on their own short schedule.

If you cannot open the app

Write to support@quantomtradingai.online from the address the account is registered on, and ask for deletion. We answer within five working days.

A copy of your data

Ask at the same address and we will send what we hold, within five working days.
